Facilities Renovation
Class A downtown office renovation for one of the most recognizable corporate names in the United States, encompassing the Waterside (floors 5, 9, and 10) and Tower (floors 12, 22, 23, and 24) facilities, totaling approximately 237,000 square feet. Despite the complexity of renovating multiple occupied floors across both buildings, the project team maintained schedule discipline and delivered the work on time through strong coordination and persistence.
