The Compass Airlines Aircraft Maintenance & Regional Office facility located at Louisville International Airport is an approximately 54,000 s.f. building comprised of 41,000 s.f. of hangar space with a 256 clear span steel structure 47’ tall at the eaves. The remaining areas include offices, locker rooms, conference center, employee break room, repair shop, parts storage and fire apparatus.

The hangar is capable of positioning three regional aircraft within the facility for maintenance and repair operations. The hangar doors are comprised of four multi-directional leafs 38’ in height. Primary construction of the facility is a pre-engineered steel building system by Kirby metal Buildings with the office areas veneered in split-faced concrete block.

The adjoining concrete apron is approximately 72,000 s.f. with apron/taxiway access to the airport taxiway system.
